Catering Committee

Shall work with the safety committee to ensure that the safety of the Flight Attendants is factored into the decision making for the types of service that are being implemented by the company. 

• Advocate on behalf of the Flight Attendants in all matters pertaining to onboard sales and service policies, procedures, handheld sales devices, and practices. 

• Prepare surveys and checklists as needed and review the data with management counterparts and establish procedures on how to use the information for process improvements. 

• Shall meet with management to discuss any change in service, procedures to be followed, and other pertinent matters to regarding the implementation of such inflight service.   

  • Regular communication with the MEC as needed.
