The Wild Contract Action Team is a specialized negotiations support team composed of volunteer Flight Attendants who are committed to communicating with Membership, while keeping them engaged and informed during each step of the negotiation process.
WILDCAT Qualifications:
- Must be in Good Standing with AFA dues
- Must be able to attend a virtual training
- Must be willing to connect with peers
- Must be signed up for newsletters and text alerts
- Must be comfortable answering questions
