Waiting Room Enabled:  Everyone will be placed into the zoom waiting room when logging and will be placed into the meeting when it starts. 

Authentication Required:  You must have a zoom account to join.  Signing up is free on the zoom website.  There is also an app (https://zoom.us/download).

There are only two ways to join the meeting – the meeting link or the zoom app.   

You will be removed from the meeting if your screen name is NOT your name and base.  Those without real names as the screen name will be messaged and given an opportunity to change their name.  Removal from the meeting will happen if the name is not changed.
