Passenger Support
Flight Attendants and Passengers fighting corporate greed together!

What's the Problem?
Frontier Airlines has changed their business model which has transferred their costs as employers onto their Flight Attendants. Frontier Flight Attendants are losing hundreds to thousands of dollars per month and are required to work more days in an attempt to make up some of that money.
The Frontier Flight Attendants that are required to be onboard for safety are:
- Working more days (with minimum rest) to make up for lost wages.
- Choosing between basic necessities such as rent, food, medication and gas.
- Now getting second and third jobs to supplement their income.
In summary, Frontier Flight Attendants are overworked, losing sleep, hungry, and barely making ends meet.
After a full year of trying to get the company to negotiate Impact Bargaining so that Flight Attendants can potentially feel financial relief in real time, we were given a date. January 9, 2025!
We need your support to raise awareness and let the company know we are serious about Impact Bargaining and have absolutely no intention of backing down from this fight!
